Compensation & Benefits:
- $600,000 base salary
- $40,000 annual director stipend
- $100,000 signing bonus
- Additional compensation for CV Anesthesiologist (cardiac stipend and CV back-up call)
- Additional call available for extra compensation
- 12 weeks PTO plus 6 holidays
- $4,000 CME allowance annually
- Comprehensive W-2 benefits package
- Malpractice coverage provided
Practice Highlights:
- Leadership role as Medical Director
- Will consider general or cardiac-trained anesthesiologist
- Equitable in-house call, 1:6 ratio (avg. 5 calls per month)
- Collaborative team environment focused on quality and patient care
