We are seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist to join our office-based anesthesia (OBA) practice supporting our surgical and procedural teams. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment where you will work alongside experienced proceduralists to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care for a diverse range of ambulatory procedures. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with your surgical colleagues, value teamwork, and appreciate the pace of an office-based practice, we'd love to hear from you.
Our immediate need is for assistance in the dental and oral surgery space, but we anticipate growing in this area- for example in plastic surgery and other procedures. Physicians also have the opportunity to maintain clinical variety through Main Operating Room and/or community hospital anesthesia practice based on individual interests and departmental needs.
Position Highlights
- Practice in a modern office-based surgical setting
- Partner closely with Surgeons in their offices
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong physician relationships
- Predictable weekday schedule with an excellent work-life balance
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Pediatric experience in OBA is helpful but not required
- Opportunity to help shape and grow an expanding office-based anesthesia program
- State-of-the-art equipment and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality
- 1,680 annual clinical hours, translating to 10 weeks off per year, providing exceptional work–life balance. (we also offer part time positions if preferred)

- Generous overtime opportunities with premium compensation for shifts worked beyond standard clinical hours.
- Academic, leadership, and mentorship opportunities, including involvement in teaching, program development, and service-line growth.
- Flexible employment options, including full-time, part-time, and per diem roles to align with your career goals and lifestyle.
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000 (based on mileage), thoughtfully structured to support a smooth transition.
- Four distinct seasons with stunning natural beauty year-round—from vibrant fall foliage to snowy winters and warm, scenic summers.
- Immediate access to outdoor recreation, including hiking, skiing, boating, biking, and more.
- A blend of charming small towns and nearby vibrant cities, rich in history, arts, dining, and culture.
- Excellent schools and family-friendly communities, ideal for putting down roots.
