Kaweah Health’s Department of Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10+ Anesthesiologists, 30+ CRNAs, and our ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia services
• Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust educational experience
• Provide anesthesia coverage in:
  • General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and other surgeries
  • Labor and Delivery
• Work Schedule:
  • 10-hour shifts on non-call days
  • One 24-hour call (out of house) per week with a post-call day off
  • Non-clinical days for core faculty responsibilities

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible for Anesthesia
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Active California medical license
• Strong interest in teaching and residency education

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate
  • $280/hour
  • Up to $290/hour (weekend/holiday stipends)
• Estimated Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours/Week, 6 weeks of vacation)
