Medical Director of Anesthesiology | Lead a Skilled CRNA Team | Independent System in Missouri

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to serve as Medical Director of Anesthesiology. This is a leadership role with flexibility, strong peer collaboration, and a rewarding mix of procedures—set within a growing, independently operated rural health system.

The Opportunity:

Lead a dedicated team of 11 full-time CRNAs (plus PRN coverage) in delivering high-quality anesthesia care across:

• Six OR suites at the Douglas Medical Center
• Four ORs at the hospital, including a dedicated C-section suite
• Procedures in general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, urology, trauma, ophthalmology, podiatry, and more

You’ll oversee clinical operations while enjoying hands-on practice in a collegial environment. 5+ years of experience is preferred, but all candidates with strong leadership qualities will be considered.
