Compensation & Employment Models

W-2 Employed – Local Candidate

• $375/hr

• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance

• $50,000 loan forgiveness (with resident stipend of $1,000/month available)

• $5,000 CME allowance + paid professional liability insurance

1099 Independent Contractor – Local Candidate

• $395/hr

• Travel, housing, and liability insurance covered

• PRN basis (roles may convert to permanent for local candidates)

Practice Snapshot

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-time (40 hrs/wk) | Call 1:5

• Setting: 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed ICU

• Case Mix: 50% Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye Procedures

• Procedures: Blocks, Lumbar Punctures, Intubations

• No: Cardiac, Neuro, or Pain Management cases

• EMR: Meditech

• No CRNA supervision – independent work

Your Role

• Evaluate patients and formulate anesthetic plans

• Administer and manage anesthesia during surgeries

• Monitor patient vitals and intervene as needed

• Maintain detailed, timely records

• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure the highest standards of care

Ideal Candidate

• MD/DO from accredited institution

• Completion of Anesthesiology residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

• 1+ year of clinical experience

• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and unrestricted DEA

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
