Compensation & Benefits:

• $520,000 Base Salary 
• $30,000 Quality Bonus 
• $125,000 Sign-On Bonus + $50,000 Retention Bonus 
• Extra shifts available for additional pay 
• Flexible scheduling with 10 weeks off annually 
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided 

Practice Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center with 24,000 cases annually across Main OR and three ASCs 
• 2,700 births annually; service lines include general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, neuro, ortho, OB, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, robotics, and more 
• Call coverage shared equitably within the group
