Baystate Health is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join our employed physician team at Baystate Medical Center, an academic Level I Trauma Center and teaching affiliate of UMass Chan Medical School–Baystate in western Massachusetts.
Position Highlights
- Practice at a Level I Trauma Center with a diverse mix of complex and routine cases
- Collaborative care model working alongside anesthesiologists, residents, and CRNAs
- Flexible scheduling options including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Strong academic environment with teaching, mentoring, and clinical research opportunities
- Participation in ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Medicine Fellowship programs

- Acute Pain Service
- Cardiovascular Anesthesia

Position Requirements
- Completion of a 4-year Anesthesiology residency (or anticipated completion)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
