Baystate Health is seeking full-time Anesthesiologists to join our employed physician team at Baystate Medical Center, an academic Level I Trauma Center and teaching affiliate of UMass Chan Medical School–Baystate in western Massachusetts.

Position Highlights

  • Practice at a Level I Trauma Center with a diverse mix of complex and routine cases
  • Collaborative care model working alongside anesthesiologists, residents, and CRNAs
  • Flexible scheduling options including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

  • Participation in ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Medicine Fellowship programs

Position Requirements

  • Completion of a 4-year Anesthesiology residency (or anticipated completion)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
