- Favorable Call Schedule:
- Majority of call taken from home with structured rotation to limit frequency
- Protected post-call days off - weekday and most weekend call followed by guaranteed recovery time

- Support from a comprehensive children’s hospital within a stable academic health system and established residency and fellowship programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $500K to $550K based on rank and experience

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship Training: ACGME approved Pediatric Cardiovascular Anesthesiology training required
- Licensure: Eligibility to obtain a Mississippi medical license
