Phoenician Pain Management, a highly reputable and rapidly growing interventional pain practice, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pain Management Physicians to join our expanding team across the Greater Phoenix area.

Phoenician Pain Management is part of Phoenician Medical Center, one of the largest independent medical groups in Arizona, providing a strong referral base and long-term stability.

Position Highlights

• Compensation up to $450,000+ with additional upside
• Profit-sharing opportunities through Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
• Immediate patient volume with established clinic infrastructure
• Outpatient-only practice with a strong procedural focus
• Multiple locations across Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Chandler

Clinical Scope

• Comprehensive pain diagnosis and management
• Interventional procedures including spinal cord stimulator trials and implants
• Opportunity to perform advanced procedures (intrathecal pain pumps, vertebral augmentation preferred)
• Collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with internal referrals

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Fellowship training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Strong interventional skillset preferred
