Anesthesiology - Sanford Health - Bismarck, ND opportunity in Bismarck, North Dakota

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a successful, well established group of physicians.

• 11 MDAs/30 CRNAs
• 4:1 CRNA Supervision Staffing Model
• In-house call rotation, approximately 1/week with post-call day off
• Varied case mix includes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General
• Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix
• Competitive Salary consists of a base salary + quarterly production-based payout. All
compensation is pool-based.
